Help! I have a Photosmart 7520. It will scan with my iphone and my ipad, but not my macbook. I have literally spent 10+ hours with HP doing everything imaginable and they don't have any answers. They told me to contact apple. I get the following message when it tries to scan (it acknowledges that there is a scanning feature.
Photosmart 7520 series [DCCA9A] is currently unavailable. Ensure your device is powered on, check the connection, and ensure your network is functioning properly. If these conditions are correct, restart the device and try scanning again.
When I run the scan test, I receive this message:
Photosmart 7520 series is currently unavailable. Please check if it is turned on and connected, or try again later.
Any ideas?
