Meaning when I select to purchase an item for $9.99 and enter my password the next window pops up and does not allow the transaction of the purchase to complete. A message appears for me to contact support... Then closes.
What does that have to do with Apple not allowing you to get an android? What "profile"?
Not sure how you are contacting iTunes Support, or if you are checking your Junk/Spam folder to see if the email went there, but I've not seen anyone else complaining about not getting a response from Support...usually within 24 hours....
Is it possible that your credit card information is out of date? (ex.: you were issued a new card to replace an expired one. If so the security number on the back would be different, therefore no longer valid)
