Why do I constantly receive a message that states to contact apple/iTunes/support when I try to make a purchase through third party applications? It is annoying to continuously send emails and wait!.... I dislike apple .... If I was able to use this profile on a droid platform I would switch in a heartbeat. But because apple will not allow the transfer I'm stuck with these types of problems.

iPad 2, iOS 6.1.4, iTunes purchases

    What does that have to do with Apple not allowing you to get an android? What "profile"?


    Not sure how you are contacting iTunes Support, or if you are checking your Junk/Spam folder to see if the email went there, but I've not seen anyone else complaining about not getting a response from Support...usually within 24 hours....

    Is it possible that your credit card information is out of date? (ex.: you were issued a new card to replace an expired one. If so the security number on the back would be different, therefore no longer valid)
