Q: I am unable to connect to a PC running Windows 8 with either Bluetooth or Direct connect, any ideas?

I am unable to connect to a PC running Windows 8 with either Bluetooth or Direct connect, any ideas?. It works fine on Windows 7, Ipad etc.

iPhone 3GS, iOS 6.1.3

That is not a feature of the iPhone.

or Direct connect, any ideas?
What do you mean by this? Do you mean a USB connection?
