Not sure, but a test we need to run is to Export to a folder, say on your Desktop, and then away from Aperture drag the folder or image file to this same flash drive. Then check the result on the Windows box.

FAT32 has a file size limit of 4gb. Are you exported images bigger then this?

Ernie, will try that as soon as I get a chance. This is actually a problem that a student of mine is having. I won't be able to test that until she returns. But, I get what you're saying and why to do it that way. Maybe it's a direct export issue... Thanks!

no sir, all individual jpg files. the total is over FAT32's limit, but not the individual files. I also tried formatting the drive as exFAT, still waiting to hear the results. Thanks!
