When im launching iTunes, it starts to back up automaticliy. Than i noticed that the iphone just stops the back up. I mean that i see the bar above my library, it says he's on step 2 (Backing Up) but in some point or another he just stops. No Error message or anything. A few minuntes later it just stops, before he complete, like nothing happened. Which means i cannot sync either (found out while trying to sync). I already tried to delete my back ups and it didnt help. Also tried to reinstall iTunes. Didn't work either.

Sorry for my bed Englesh...

    Hi IlayGun!

You may need to try uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes again. There is a specific order for uninstalling the components of iTunes that needs to be followed in order to ensure a successful uninstallation, and that order can be found in an article right here:

Use the Control Panel to uninstall iTunes and related software components in the following order and then restart your computer:

    1. iTunes
    2. QuickTime
    3. Apple Software Update
    4. Apple Mobile Device Support
    5. Bonjour
    6. Apple Application Support (iTunes 9 or later)

Important: Uninstalling these components in a different order, or only uninstalling some of these components may have unintended affects.

The full instructions for this process can be found in this article:

Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7

Thanks for being a part of the Apple Support Communities!
