Q: My iPhone doesn't show up on list of managed devices in my store account. How do I add it?
I have, sadly, two id's, and thus two store accounts. Three IOS devices show up on one account, but I cannot figure out how to add my iphone to the list of managed devices. It was originally managed by the 2nd account but I removed that management, thinking it prevented addition to the three devices on the first account. Now the iPhone is among the missing and on neither list.
I have tried accessing Music and selecting iMatch to ON. It won't stay. Similarly for the manage itunes choice -- it will not stay on, Despite my having changed to the correct address on the iPhone.
I was able to access iMatch on my iPad following directions on the net, but the iPhone stubbornly refuses to be managed and will not allow iMatch to be turned on.

I finally solved the problem by restarting the iPhone, and then all was well.
I have no idea why a restart was needed, but I have had to restart my iPad twice in the past six months for no known reason.
At any rate, a restart solved the problem.
