What appears on the caller ID is dependent on what the carrier you're connected to is sending. Contact your carrier for assistance.

Thanks KiltedTim for your answer and my apology for the late reply. I will check with my telco. Any other advice, please? Do you think a phone reset will solve this problem, please?

The phone displays what is sent by the carrier. Resetting the phone will not affect what is sent by the carrier.
