Thank you very much for the answers guys but in Bulgaria we do not have official Apple stores (pity but reality .. : \ ).
No, for sure (100%) I don't read the letters and numbers and after that enter them by wrong way.
The iPad is absolutely new (still keep the documents, bills and everything which with help of I can proove that I bought it, not stole it, and it is new and legal), that's way I can't understand why I have those problems. pfft ... Can't understand why Apple makes the things so difficult ... every time, with every device ...
The Serial Number is the same on the back, in Sttgs>About and even on the original box of the device
I have iPhone 4 and 5 and don't have those problems (they were registred automatically), don't know why I have those troubles with the pre-heating iPad mthfckr
Someone can give me some e-mail address or contact form which I can use to contact them and resolve the case ?

In truth niether the users here, nor Apple care if the device is/is not stolen. The warranty stays with the serial number. You are the owner and all you need to do is to enter the serial number correctly.
Knowing the web address to iPad support won't help unless you can enter a valid serial number.
Try to copy/paste the number.
Go to Settings>General>About. Scroll down to the serial number then tap and hold on it for about two seconds. Once you let go, it should become highlighted and you should see a popup menu with a few choices. Select "copy."
Now open Safari and navigate to https://selfsolve.apple.com/agreementWarrantyDynamic.do
Tap and hold in the serial number field. When you let go, you should see another popup. Select "Paste."
