What version of OSX are you running?

It should be in the top level Applications folder.

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities

Open  > About this Mac, and tell us which Mac OS X version you are running.

If it's 10.7 or 10.8, you will find FaceTime in the Dock. If it's not there, open a Finder window, choose Applications in the sidebar and open FaceTime from here.

If it's 10.6, open  > Software Update, and install the latest version. Then, purchase FaceTime from the Mac App Store, or upgrade to OS X Mountain Lion.

If you are running 10.7 or 10.8 and you don't find FaceTime in Applications, hold Command and R keys while your computer is starting and reinstall Mac OS X. You won't lose any data
