If you are manually managing your music it will not transfer your playlists to your computer when you sync.

thank you for your answer, but I don't want to transfer my playlists to my computer, just to be able to see them when I open my device on iTunes

I don't believe you can if you are manually managing your music.

the thing is I used to do it normally with my other iPod touch (2nd gen while this is 4th), then it started doing this thing as well. I thought I clicked something wrong and I didn't know there was this support service (yeah I know, pretty noob of myself), and I thought "nevermind, I can live without it". Last month I bought this new ipod and I noticed it's been doing the same thing, first it directly deleted the new playlists and now it just doesn't show them. I checked a couple of forums and manuals and they only talked about the "manually manage.." button, which is always been ticked, in this as in my previous ipod. So I thought I asked.
I hope I explained it clearly, if I made any mistake I'm really sorry, english is not my first language
