I have downloaded and installed the Pro Apps 2010-02 multiple times and none of the software is updated. Final Cut Pro still says 7.0 and Cinema Tools crashes on immediate open and the others are not updating either. I am now on a new iMac running the latest software 10.8.4

iMac (27-inch, Late 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)

Are you going to the Apple menu and choosing Software Update?

Have you opened the disc image that you downloaded?

Are the FCP apps in the same directory they were originally installed in? Have you modified their location or names? Have you installed FCP-X?

Are your FCS apps in  a seperate folder in Applications, they are moved there if you install FCPX.

If you create another folder in Applications and put FCPX in there and put your FCS apps back into applications it should upgrade.

Glad it worked, don't forget to leave your FCPX in that folder and open it from there if you want to use it.
