I shot video on my IPhone5. While filming, battery notification showed me that it is 20% but I continued filming. When I finished I normally stopped the video. Now, I can see video on my IPhone without any problem but when I try to copy it to my computer (Windows XP) the copied file contains 0 KB. Also, the strange thing is that the size shown in that Video Properties is 1.81 GB for 8 minutes comparing to other my videos about 700 MB. Is there any possibility to cope with this problem please?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

    Hi basja,

Try a free file cloud program such as Dropbox.  Make an account, download the iPhone app, and get the program for your computer.  You can send the video to the Dropbox app and open it on your computer.  However it will take a while to sync.

Believe me, a file cloud system will always help in the future, so it's a good thing to have.

    Cheers.

    You're welcome.

when I try to copy it to my computer (Windows XP) the copied file contains 0 KB.

That was from your original message.  What method were you using to copy it to your computer?
