Q: Different language in phone setting and navigator

I want to have my phone set with english as language, but want the navigator voice to read the driving instructions in Swedish since the english pronounciations of the Swedish street names are not possible to understand. Is this possible?

iPhone 5, iOS 6

If Siri is what performs that function, it doesn't do Swedish yet.

Then it cannot be Siri doing it since the navigator is giving instructions in Swedish, and this is the way I want it. Unfortunately I have to set the phone languge to Swedish... and this I do not want.

Is the "navigator" from Apple or someone else? Does it have any preferences to set in Settings?

If Voiceover is what is being used by the navigator, then it seems the only way to get Swedish is to change the overall iphone language to that one.
