Doe's anyone know a way to cancel a download which is in the limbo stage? I accidently purchased an App which was free a few days ago and then reverted back to $6.99 and I didn't realize the free promotion was over.
Here's a screenshot of where I'm at with it. I managed to stop it from downloading but I'd like to cancel and escape be billed which I suspect has already happened.

Although you can check your purchased history to see if you had been charged for the app in question.
