Not sure how you report feedback because it cannot be here since Apple doesn't read the forums. I suppose you have to use Apple Feedback.

Google drive competiton-not really cause you can store only documents not all types of files. You can download any of these documets to your mac or pc.

No. Once you receive the email from Apple, you just need to go to www.icloud.com and sign in with your iCloud ID to start using iWork for iCloud beta.
