I got a new iPhone 4s this past Christmas at first it was totally perfect. After a couple of months my wifi stopped completely working so I took it to the Verizon store, they replaced the phone since it was under warranty but shortly after it happened AGAIN! I literally just got my new replacement less than a week ago and my wifi is doing something new. I noticed my Instagram wasn't showing pictures so I shut down all my apps, and re-opened it to see that it still isnt working. I've restarted my phone twice and still no luck. My phone tells me I'm connected to wifi but I can't access app store, itunes or safari. I'm really tired of this happening. Can anyone help me?!?!?!

Try to reset your network settings on your iPhone:

Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings and it will restart your iPhone. Then set up your wifi again

If that doesnt work, try to restart your router by simply unplugging it from the wall for 30 seconds and plug back in and reconnect on your iPhone

If all else fails, try to restore your iPhone to factory settings and see if it works then.
