Hi all,

I've learned a lot and am having fun trying to track this down.

Alas, my issue is maybe not covered in the Bullet&Bones FAQ and this Apple Support Community.

Just per the subject line, I have imported a MIDI file into GB '11 (v6.0.5).

But this 32 second, 16 measure tune, does not have an end. The single track's green bar stretches out without end.

So, how do I wrangle this into submission?

My specific questions:

1. Is there an intermediary utility to check a MIDI file integrity ?

2. Are old apps like Dent du MIDI or QuckTime7 Pro still applicable ?

3. Is there a way to xlate MIDI to readable form like ASCII or CSV (I'll research meanwhile) ?

Thank you in advance.

Why don't you just cut off the infinite "tail" if it bothers you?
