Then, you hosed the OS. Step one would be to try installing while in safe boot mode. If that doesn't work, try the 10.6.8 v1.1 COMBO update.27" i7 iMac SL, Lion, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4), G4 450 MP w/Leopard, 9.2.2

If I restore from TimeMachine to a previous date, do you think it should work ?
And if not, can I restore again to my actual state ? (will recent backups be erased?)

I could not boot in safe mode (nor with other modifier keys -single user -verbose mode and -target mode (but I could fix target mode with Startup panel)).
So I restored from time machine because it was more recent that my CCC backup.
All works then with Sharing Pane.
I kept my old status in a disk image if ever I need something I erased.
I made the combo installyou gave me just to be sure.
