The following troubleshooting assistant may provide a resolution to your issue. In my experience, it may be that you need to restore your iPod in Disk Mode:
Thanks for your attention and help. However it didn't work either.
I mean, once in Disk Mode and connected, the Itunes still does not
recognize the ipod, and therefore I can not restore it.

Thanks for the follow up and the additional information. If your iPod is still not recognized in iTunes while in disk mode, please follow steps 8-15 of this article:
I've tryied everything you told me to do, but It didn't work. However, something awkward happened to my Ipod, I mean, after I disconnected him It suddenly restored all my musics, videos and data. Unfortunately this good feeling didn't last long while I reconnected in my compute, in order to restore using Itunes. Is there anything else I can try?
