Q: How to re-download apps from App Store purchased from SL

Hi,

I have recently installed Lion on my second partition rather than upgrading my Snow Leopard. I'm using the same Apple ID to access Mac App Store and in the "Purchased" tab I saw all my old apps listed here, but some with "Install" button grayed out. These apps mostly does not present in the Lion installation but rather they are in my SL system. These apps are free (e.g. Evernote) but now I can not re-download them into my Lion system through the Mac App Store.

What could go wrong here?

Thanks!!

If the app is no longer visible in Purchases, then go  to Store menu > View my Account.

Under the Settings secrion, select the option <Reset all warnings for buying and downloading>.

This will then allow you to re-download and install the apps previous purchased.

    Hi,

I jump into the conversation because I am having the same kind of issue. An app bought from the appstore (Unison) is no longuer available on my computer. I wish to redownload it from the appstore but it is written as installed and I can't download it even with all the tips previously listed.

Any ideas of what's going on ?
