The new 27-inch iMac has got GPUs that will work properly from what you want. The most basic GPU included in the new iMac is the NVIDIA GT 640M of the basic 21'5-inch iMac, and the best is the NVIDIA GTX 680M included in the build-to-order 27-inch iMac.
Any of these GPUs will work for what you want, so the basic 27-inch iMac will work with its NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660M. If you want the best performance, go for the best 27-inch iMac

Look for a Late 2012 27-inch iMac. As I told you, any of the GPUs included in this iMac will work.
If not, the Mid 2011 iMac has also got valid GPUs. If you find an iMac you are interested in, give us the link

As mentioned, any of the GPUs in the 2011 iMacs should be sufficient for your needs. Another factor to consider is hard drive vs. solid state; if you can afford it I highly recommend getting an iMac with a solid state drive, it will help even more than a good GPU when it comes to rendering videos.
