If you've tried all the steps in this link http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/five_rs/nano4gen/ , you may need to take it in for service or call in for support. You can also get service options here: http://support.apple.com/kb/index?page=servicefaq&geo=United_States&product=ipod

I Did try all the steps with no luck. Thankyou I will take it in to Apple.
