I have a problem with the fact that while using Safari, it does not keep the websites loaded on the individual tabs, and keeps re-loading them when going from one tab to the other.  This pretty much negates the usefulness of tabs, and rapidly eats through a data plan, and is even annoying with wireless, especially with a slow connection.  I have looked under Safari in settings, hoping to find a setting to assign how much memory is allocated to Safari but found nothing.  With 64GB on board, I should be able use some of that for the simple task of holding the web pages until I no longer want them.  Is there some secret/hard to find adjustment for this somewhere?
