Music can't be redownloaded in all countries, and if a song/album is no longer in your country's store then you also won't be able to redownload it (nor if you've changed countries since buying it). What you can redownload will show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes. If music shows there, but not all, then check to see if any is hidden : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4919
