It sounds like the techs who worked on your iMac fixed one problem and caused another. This sometimes happens when servicing a sophisticated electronic device. You should not have to wrestle with this problem, so it would be advisable for you to bring it back to the Apple shop. Of course there should be no extra charge, since your Bluetooth was working before taking it in for repair the first time.

Thank you wuzradioman. That's exactly what it was. They did not connect something when they replaced the parts. I wanted to try all possible remedies before taking it back to the Apple store. Pouring rain and terrible parking.
