Go to an O2 location and they will be able to help you.

They should also be able to take any contacts, etc you

have on the blackberry and get them onto your iPhone.

Or call O2 to set up the new sim and do your own data

    transfer.

Were they asking about 'contract' or 'contacts?

And as far as moving contacts, there's no way to go from Blackberry to iOS directly.  Get them from Blackberry onto your computer, and then move them fromt he computer to the iPhone.

Most carriers could care less what phone you use, only that you pay your bill. However, most carriers do require a minimum data plan for an iPhone on their network. Just call O2, or go to a store, tell them what you want to do & they'll fix you up.
