First ever iphone. It has a much smaller sim card to my htc sense so can't put the htc sim card into the iphone. How do I get the contacts into my iphone?

sync both with a computer
or sync both with google
OK, I've got them both plugged in and synced, but contact transfer isn;t mentioned anywhere. Sorry, I'm not techno savvy, useless at all this!
