Jul 29, 2013 12:40 AM in response to Diesel0416by iRomel,First be certain that you have the install disk that came with your powermac, it is gray disk and should be Tiger 10.4.
If you happen to install leopard, it should be a retail disk.
Also when you wipe the hard disk, remember to check the partition it should be Apple Partition Map or APM and HFS+ journaled in order for it to be bootable. GUID is only for Intel Macs.
Also try to boot in "verbose" in order to see what is the hold up.
