Q: iWork upgrade
I realized I had an iWork 05 package, and I am now thinking to upgrade it to a current version.
However I'm not sure how I can and there is another possible problem.
Apparently iWork package is in a box containing some disc, but the Mac system I have is a 2012 iMac which has no optical drive built in.
I hope there might be a way I can use the serial number of the iWork 05 package to purchase the current version of iWork from AppStore.
Any suggestions are welcome and appreciated. Thanks.

There is no discount for the Mac App Store version. You can buy it from there, but at the full price.
