Q: Why after the carrier update my phone losses signal?

Does any one have an answer into why after the carrier update i have to turn off the LTE service to get a signal. Even after i do that i have to restart my phone.

I even went as far as restoring my phone back to factory and works fine then i get the update for the carrier then i have no signal. My last iphone 4 work perfect never a issue.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

No, due to the fact it was Att and i never had this problem before the update.

Well AT&T issued the update, so it would seem logical to me to contact them.
