So I set up my own account on iTunes synced it to my laptop, and my dads friend ask me of I could do his, that was fine set it up in HIS own account. So mine and his are different BUT he keeps some of my texts and gets all the new apps I download and music.

He said to my dad he doesn't know half the stuff going on with his phone he just goes with the flow.

But how come he's getting some of my messages? That's weird I don't want him knowing what I'm sending -.-

I have the iPhone 4S up-to-date and so does he so why can he see my messages? I Know for a fact that I'm not sending them to him so what's happening? And I restored it as well any ideas?

Did you skip a step in this description?  Which laptop was involved in the setup of the second iPhone?  Also, check which Apple ID is active in the "iTunes & App Store."  You may have set up a separate Apple ID, but it sounds like yours is the one entered on the iPhone.

That's because he has sync your stuff on your phone.

He is getting your message/apps/music - because he has your apple id on his phone.

Something wrong happen when you sync his phone to your computer.

He will need to restore his phone and set it up as new or if a backup if he has one.

IF it truly was using his apple id and password, you wouldn't have this issue.

He has your apple id for imessage, that is why he see your imessage.

When you download apps or music he gets it too because he has your apple id on his phone.
