I will will give you the back ground to my problem. The wife and myself have a iPad each but we use the same apple ID which works fine, We were having a problem with the email address which we used for is account due to hacking, so I changed the account to my email address. I think i might of caused a problem as I have a feeling the email address which I added to the account has a dormant iTunes account against it already which caused them to merge. I then saw a message stating that I am blocked for 90 days...?
Since then I am no longer able to update apps but I an delete them then reinstall them which works but I do lose some data.
Any way to solve this or do i have to wait? Or will this ever get solved?
