Quit the App Store if it's open.
Open a Finder window. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following:
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore/Cache.db
Click Go then move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
Relaunch the App Store and try purchasing Logic Pro X.

There's definitely a cache.db file assocatied with the App Store.
You copy and pasted the path correct?
BTW, when you start a duplicate topic > Keeping getting an error with-in the...: Apple Support Communities
Anyone who responds may not be aware of the other thread. Because of that users end up duplicating troubleshooting suggestions. And it makes it that much harder to help you
