Are all sampler instruments not found, or only some of them. If it are only some instruments, is it one of the instrumets you installed with MainStage? Could you post the names of some of the missing audio files, so we can check, where that particular instrument should be installed?

Only some sampler files were not found. They are instruments from MainStage. I actually uninstalled Garageband and Mainstage together deleting all their files, and reinstalled them again, same problem occured. My main purpose for Mainstage is to download the Orchestra Jam Packs, which seem to have the most problems for me. Other Jam Packs work fine (although they are stil missing a few). I'm more concerned about the Orchestra Jampacks however, which unlike the other jampacks, "most" of their instruments are not found.
Here are some examples:
-EXS24 Instrument "Steinway Piano.exs":
Audio file "Stw ped v1 024.AIF" not found!
-EXS24 instrument "Basses.exs":
Audio file "KB-L_Legato_f_A#1wav" not found!
-EXS24 instrument "Cellos.exs":
Audio file "VS-L_legato_f_C2.wav" not found!
-EXS24 instrument "Full Strings.exs":
Audio file "KB-L_legato_f_A#1.wav" not found!
-EXS24 intrument "Full Strings Pizzicato.exs":
Audio file "VA_pizz_f_E3.wav" not found!
Those were just five examples but let me know if I should post more. When I look in /sampler instruments, I see all the "________.exs" files listed. So why does it not work? Thank you so much for replying and taking your time to read my post.
Other random note: All the orchestra organs sound the same, and wrong.

For me all these instruments are recognized and are playing well. Are yours from MainStage 2 or MainStage 3? My installation is from MainStage 2.
Originally I had a few instruments that were not found, because for a few instrument samples the names seem to have changed between the original JamPAck versions and the versions included in MainStage.
And the original JamPacks prevented the installation of the newer files, that MainStage wanted to download.
What helped, was to delete the Instrument Library completely (I copied it to a different drive for safe keeping), also the Loop Folders, and then install again first GarageBand and then MainStage 2, and reloaded the additional contents in MainStage 2.

What were the files you removed?
I removed all files in
/Library/Application Support/GarageBand/Instrument Library/

I'm using Mainstage 2. I tried exactly what you did removing the files (putting them in trash then emptying it). Then I deleted the app, reinstalled it in your order, and still it does not work. I think I know what's wrong, and Mainstage is causing the problem. In the Mainstage tab, Download additional content, the "Logic Pro & Mainstage Additional Content" is not downloaded. Everytime I try to download it, it says "Mainstage was not able to complete the download." Is that the problem? I installed the Orchestra Jam Packs just fine, it's just the "Logic Pro ..." that I can not download. Is there any other solutions I could try?

Empty the Trash is not necessary - just putting it into the Trash should suffice.
the "Logic Pro & Mainstage Additional Content"
A week ago MainStage 3 and LogicPro X have been released. I sincerely hope, that this has not removed the support for the download of MainStage 2 files.
Send a bug report to Apple: Apple - GarageBand - Feedback
If your Mainstage 2 is a recent aquisition, I'd contact Apple Support and request help with downloading those files.

Try, if you can download additional contents with the software update tool from the Terminal, see mteeps post here: I never tried, if that will work for MainStage loops:

I just tried again to download the additional content on my iMac and it worked well - perhaps there simply was a transmission error. Have you tried again?
Check, if the Logic <pro Additional Content has been installed in
/Library/Application Support/Logic/Sampler Instruments/
/Library/Application Support/GarageBand/Sampler Instruments/
You could try to copy the instruments to the GarageBand folders.

Hey Leonie, thank you so much for your help. Umfortunatly I have tried everything including connecting the ethernet wire to the modem. I will probably ask Apple like you suggested. Thank you :)
