Q: I can see my library in itunes, however I can't get into the store, the page is blank

I can see my library in itunes, however I can't get into the store, the page is blank. I downloaded iTunes again.  Seems every time I want to use it, I have to download it again.  So frustrating.

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8)
