Q: Where is the resetting(s) for security questions?

I'd like to find the simple location(s) to reset forgotten security questions...not my password, not my appleid, not a change in formatting where the pic(s) in the "help page(s)" show it the way it might used to have appeared, but not that way exactly today.  I like the learning... I'm most likely forgiven for the sake of being of forgetful...Oh, I'll keep trying to succeed without being safely tested...I'll think it's sanctity...hmmmh.
