Below is the basic troubleshooting guide for Apple TV.
Restarting the modem and the Apple TV is a good first step.
- Reset Apple TV by unplugging it from the power outlet, waiting about five seconds, then plugging it in again.
- Power off your TV, wait five seconds, then power it back on.

Still having the same problem.
I did power off and on Apple TV and TV as instructed.
Whenever I try to enter my iTunes password it says: Unable to sign in
Apply tv can't connect to the server at this time. Please try later.
The wireless connection seems fine because I was getting my pictures
to show up on the tv.
I removed my itunes account on the tv (under settings) and tried to re-enter it the name and password
and I get the same: Unable to sign in.
On my mac, I do have homesharing on.
I also have an ipad and iPhone. I have homesharing on the iPad.
At one point (a few days ago), it did says Suzanne's library on the tv under the computer section, but later
that night it was gone. Kind of strange. I did notice on the music icon (on the tv) at the top
it said "now syncing with itunes account" but it was like it was stuck.
I really would appreciate your help with this.
