Q: I have an iPhone 5 and want to download an app that requires 50MB Muscle System Pro III a menu pops up and says I am unable to download this app what can I do?

How do I solve the problem or downloading this app which was interupted in its original download?

iPhone 5, iOS 6

Make sure there's enough storage space available ...

Tap Settings > General > About

You'll see Capacity & Available.

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

BTW, check to see if Restrictions are enabled. Settings > General > Restrictions

If you want to download directly on iPhone, make sure you are on Wi-Fi.
