I'm having repeated kernal panics.  Usually they happen overnight and have only twice rebooted the Mac while I was using it.  I don't have a specific time or use when it happens.  I've run the Hardware Diagnostic on the Mac itself and it didn't find any issues.  I've not done it on the Time Machine.  Also, I've rebooted in Safe Mode a couple of times, (which I believe clears the cache), and clear the PRAM.  In addition, I've removed most of the startup items.

Any help or insight is greatly appreciated!

Most likely, one of these is the culprit.

    com.github.osxfuse.filesystems.osxfusefs          2.5.2

    ig.uds.netusb.controller          1.56

    com.silabs.driver.CP210xVCPDriver          2.9.0d1

Boot into safe mode (restart holding down SHIFT key). If no KP, then disable these, reenable one at time to determine which. If KP, then most likely hardware related. Run the Apple Hardware Test suite, extended tests at least twice, followed by  Rember.  See

    ig.uds.netusb.controller          1.56

    com.silabs.driver.CP210xVCPDriver          2.9.0d

All of the above could be causing kernel panics.

Remove one at a time then restartyour mac to test.

From experience, I've seen the netusb.controller software cause kernel panics many timees. You might want to start with that one.

Booting into safe mode disables them, that's why that's step one. If no KP, then you'll have to ascertain what installed them and use the uninstallers or figure out where they load from. Usually in one ot the few LaunchAgent or LaunchDaemon folders inside a Library one.
