Q: my ipod nano won't start and when i plug it with a usb or charger it just says "www.apple.com/support/ipod"  help please !!

I'd recommend manually putting the iPod into Disk Mode, then restoring the iPod via iTunes.

Restore iPod from Disk Mode

1. Disconnect iPod from your computer.

2. Manually put iPod into Disk Mode.

3. Open the latest version of iTunes and connect iPod.

4. Restore iPod.
