Q: How to delete passed backup's

What if I had backed up my iPhone months ago but I don't want that information there anymore can I delete that ?

Yes.

If the backup is done with iTunes on your computer, at the iTunes menu bar go to iTunes > Preferences > Devices.

Select the backup in the window below that you want to delete followed by selecting Delete Backup.
