I just purchased a PowerMacG3 with all its original components.

I was wondering if I could replace its motherboard  with a new motherboard (ex. intel) and use only the body and if possible the power source.

Any information about which Motherboard could  i use would be usefull. I was expecting on runing Mac OS X.

I know i will need to replace the processor, RAM, cooling units and HDD.

Is it possible?

Thank you
