Q: I have reset my Ipod multiple times but still wont work

Even though ive already reset my Ipod many times it still will not do anything besides show the apple for 5 seconds then flip to a screen with an X and a circle around it then this URL.. what do i do?

Hello 7513,

I'd recommend enabling disk mode on the iPod, then restoring via iTunes as detailed in the following article.
