Q: How do I authorize my new computer to access my previous downloads and icloud?

I recently bought a new laptop and I am trying to get my music transferred from itunes.  I can find the music under "purchased" in the itunes store, but when I try to download into my new cloud it tells me that this computer is not authorized to access that.  How do I authorize this new computer to participate in my existing cloud?
