Q: downloading a purchased album from itunes is stuck for 12 hours

I purchased an album on itunes store but downloading the album is stuck for 12 hours.

Once I tried to quit, removed itunes altogether then reinstalled it. However, the same album is stuck and has been downloading for the last 9 hours. What should I do?
