Q: Calender will only sync one calendar, how to sync them all?

I have a couple different calendars set up in ICal. But for some reason when I sync between my iPhone and my iPod it will only sync my 'on call' Calender and not my 'work' Calender. I have tried everything I can think of to get them to sync. Deleting and re-installing my iCloud account. Putting work under a different calendar. Nothing. I would really like it to sync if anyone else has other ideas that would be great.
