Apple MusicTip. Avoid using battery power only when connecting a device to your Mac instead of battery power only.

If not, an Apple store genius bar is the best option.
Have you inspected and cleaned the contacts of the MBP and the power adapters?
If the MBP will start, post this from your MBP, with the charger attached:
This is from System Information>Hardware>Power>Battery Information.
