Audiobooks have never been available for re-downloading. You'll need to restore them from your backup, as you will for any content that the content owner has removed from the iTunes Store. As to the other items, go to the iTunes Store, log into your account, and click the Purchases link under the Quick Links. From there you should be able to re-download some or all of your purchased content. Note that not all content has been licensed for re-downloading in all countries at this time. You can see what content you can download here:
You can also re-download content using an iOS device.
For full instructions, see:
If you have purchased content that does not appear in your Purchases list, confirm that it was not purchased through some other iTunes Store account. If you're certain that is not the case, go here:
and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.

Theres a third of the files, I dont have John Masefield Sea Fever (poem), i dont have several music files, some i backed up, until very recently I hadn't backed up in a couple years at least. I am so upset right now investing all my hard earned pennies into this brand. Very disappointed and disgusted. So no more, I am looking into an alternative to listening to music like the SiriusXM portable:
I will think twice about buying in the future! It would have been better for Itunes to just let me get the files that are still available. Forever Young Movie is still available, just not to me?! Disgraceful! I paid for it so I should have it! I am reporting this to BBB, I have emails from Itunes support to say it is no longer availble and it is very clear that it is!

No, i followed itunes instuctions to get all my files and was ill looking at the 500 songs! I had over 2500 songs in total, thers only one movie that I am aware of that is missing and that is Forever Young. In an email to Itunes support they say it is no longer available but it clearly is! Disgraceful! One of my fave poems Sea Fever spoken by John Masefield himself cannot be found anywhere online, a connection I have lost to my great aunt that passed away two years ago.....very disappointed!

And more, remember that I bought these and have been told these files (and more) are not available but they are. Some songs are a couple seconds more so apparently those are different songs to the ones I bought even though they have the same names....I smell a rat, can you bring me some cheese!
Forever Young, was told this is not available but it clearly is, people do your research and find your files they are still available!
I attached some of my Itunes bekow, they grey shows songs are not available anymore and the black shows that they are:
