Thank you for the question. I had the same issue and the resolution was to make sure the current version of iTunes is installed and sign into your account. Next, make sure that you have "Show iTunes in the Cloud Purchases" enabled in your iTunes preferences by going to iTunes > Preferences under the Store tab. Then, click OK. Your library should now reflect available content to download.

Nope, it doesn't. I can see the TV shows I purchased if I go into the iTunes Store and search for the show by name. THere' I am shown download buttons for each episode. But the show doesn't appear in my library.

I solved this problem by deleting my /music/iTunes folder. This caused iTunes to completely regenerate my library, and the shows reappeared. Note that doing this will also delete all your music.

I just had this same issue: I had downloaded some TV shows on my iPad earlier in the week and expected to see them in iTunes on my Mac (with the little cloud icon next to them), but they weren't showing up. (Actually they showed up for a couple seconds, then disappeared!) Turns out they were hidden (even though I didn't hide them myself -- a bug, I assume). Maybe this is the problem you faced as well?
To unhide iTunes in the Cloud purchases, follow these steps:
Hope that helps someone.

This worked for me. My purchased TV shows were not showing in my iTunes Library on my MacBook and now they are.
Thank you Jason269
