Recently, I cracked my phone cover and decided to replace it via holding post (They bring me a new phone and I hand back my old one).

Unfortunately, it was early in the morning when they came unexpectedly and I gave them my phone with the SIM card.

I'm also in Japan, so apple stores and quite a few hours away.

I want to ask apple support what to do via chat, but they require a sim card. I looked that information up from my itunes, but it wont accept the informaiton because it says that I have replaced my iphone. I also can't call apple support since, again, I don't have my sim card.

Does anyone have any ideas or help or ways to chat with apple support without my new iphone informaiton?
